Laundry Dryer Fire in Riverside, CA

This fire was a result of the laundry rooms dryer gas line igniting a fire only located in the Laundry room in Riverside, CA. The fire affected the laundry rooms walls along with destroying the appliances and any items that were in the room at that time in the home, it damaged the laundry rooms’ cabinets leaving a smoke smell along with soot on everything. Our SERVPRO technicians arrived onsite quickly to access the damages and scope out the areas that needed air quality equipment and what demolition if needed would be necessary. As you can see in the photo the laundry room some areas of the walls had to be opened because of moisture that was left after the Firefighters.
